Neck Deep

Neck Deep are a Welsh pop-punk band formed in Wrexham and fronted by Ben Barlow. Emerging in the 2010s, the group quickly became one of the most visible new names in pop-punk through fast guitars, bright choruses and lyrics that capture anxiety, youth, relationships and the desire to keep moving forward.

The band’s early releases led to the breakthrough of Life’s Not Out to Get You, an album that became a modern pop-punk touchstone. Later records such as The Peace and the Panic, All Distortions Are Intentional and Neck Deep expanded their sound while preserving the immediacy that made the band connect so strongly with fans.

Neck Deep’s appeal comes from directness. Their music is energetic and melodic, but it is also built around emotional honesty and a sense of collective release that turns personal struggle into communal singalongs.
